This webinar will discuss what M-Check is and how it supports a compliant, practical, and efficient assessment process while supporting meaningful improvements in food services and resident wellbeing.
At the conclusion of the webinar, you will:
- Understand how an annual menu and mealtime assessment helps demonstrate meeting outcome 6.3 under the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Learn what M-Check is and how it goes beyond a checklist to deliver a structured, technology-enabled assessment process.
- Understand how to prepare for an onsite M-Check visit and what to expect during the visit.
- Learn how NPA APDs use M-Check to capture and benchmark assessment data, and generate reports mapped directly to Standards 1–6.
- Explore the follow-up reporting and support available after an assessment.
