Have you been following the debate about Paleo diets in the media?
NPA agree with the basic principles of eating healthy, avoiding added sugar, limiting processed foods and preparing more of your own recipes. However any diet that cuts out whole food groups is never going to be sustainable or balanced in the long term. A Paleo diet with the addition of wholegrains, legumes, and low fat dairy foods is a great way to eat!
