NPA are proud to announce the release of the 2014 Nutrition Manual. This manual is published by the Dietitians Association of Australia and outlines how to provide adequate nutrition and special diets for patients in hospitals and residents in care homes.
Anne Schneyder co-ordinated the project, collating input and comments from dietitians accross Australia. It deserves a place on the bookshelf of every kitchen which caters for any special dietary needs.
The Manual includes:

It is available as a downloadable manual from the Dietitians Association of Australia.
