Do you struggle to eat healthy foods over the Easter break? Its easy to over indulge in chocolate and other treats. 

Try planning your meals around plenty of salads and fruits, but allow for a hot cross bun or 2 and a little chocolate is an enjoyable treat. Just remember to take small portions and eat it slowly- you will get maximum enjoyment from a small amount!

Plan some extra activity- it might be the start of some healthy habits as the weather starts to cool down.
